- Children, concession, and pension holders after 6pm/weekends (65 and below): $30 gap
- Pension holders aged 66 and above: bulk billed at all times
- DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) Card Holders: accepted

- Results are not provided or discussed over the phone; a follow-up appointment is required.
- A doctor consultation is required before any specialist referral can be issued.
- Medical emergencies and acute work injuries are seen promptly without an appointment during business hours.
