Procedure Charges

All patients must pay the full fee on the day of the procedure. Some procedures below may be eligible for a Medicare rebate — please confirm with reception on these costs.

No show / Late cancel fee (cancelled under 2 hours from appointment time) is $70.

Paperwork – Depending on the paperwork, the Doctor may charge a private fee to complete. This is based on the time and what is required. A doctor’s consult is required for this. Pricing can range from $50 to $200 private fee with no rebate.

Vic Roads forms: $150 private fee.

Transfer of Medical Records: Full file $30.

Preemployment Medicals and Drivers: $200 private fee.

Private vaccines sales – Travel, flu or selected other private vaccines that we store – see reception for prices.

Non-Medicare holders – Before 6pm weekdays: standard $100, long $130.

After 6pm and weekends: standard $110, long $140.

Other Private Fees

Payment Options

• Payment options: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) or EFTPOS. Medicare claims are sent for processing online. If payment is not made within 48 hours, you will be billed and an invoice emailed, and you will need to manually claim your rebate through Medicare.
• Tyro Medicare Easyclaim is available. For Medicare patients paying their account in full, this allows an instant refund of the Medicare/government rebate to your cheque or savings account using our integrated EFTPOS machine. Bring your debit card linked to a savings or cheque account to receive the rebate. Thank you for your continued support in helping us provide General Practice services.
