PROCEDURE CHARGES: 

All patients must pay the full fee on the day of the Procedure. Some procedures below may give be applicable for a Medicare rebate, please confirm with reception on these costs.

• • • • – Skin Biopsies / Excisions / Punch Biopsy / Removal of foreign body ear (not syringing) under 13mm (dependant on body area) for a single excision and as confirmed by the Doctor. All patients must see the Doctors first to discuss the procedure and must see the same Doctor to complete their procedure. Cost is $100 to be paid on the day – no rebate.
      • – Skin Biopsies/ Removal of sub foreign body / Excisions / above 14mm (dependant on body area).  All patients must see the Doctors first to discuss the procedure and must see the same Doctor to complete their procedure. Cost is $120 to be paid on the day – no rebate. If 2 or more excisions, then an extra $20 will be charged per excision.
      • – Implanon both insert and removal are now bulk billed.  Please see reception to book these consults due to availability and time.
      • – IUD / Mirena Insert and removal are now bulk billed.  Please see reception to book these consults due to availability and time.  Allow at least 45 mins for an Mirena insert.
      • – IRON INFUSIONS – All patients must see the Doctors first.  On the day of the infusion cost is $225 with no rebate.
      • – SKIN CHECKS – 1-3 spots $175 with no rebate.

OTHER PRIVATE FEES:

• No show / Late cancel fee (cancelled under 2 hours from appointment time) is $70
• Paperwork – Depending on the paperwork the Doctor may charge a private fee to complete. This is based on time and what is required. Must have a doctors’ consult on this. Pricing can range from $50 to $200 private fee with no rebate.
• Vic Roads forms: $150 private fee
• Transfer of Medical Records: Full file $30
• Preemployment Medicals and Drivers: $200 private fee
• Private vaccines sales – travel, flu or selected other private vaccines that we store – see reception on prices

Non-Medicare holders – before 6pm weekdays standard $100, long $130

After 6pm and weekends standard $110, long $140

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Payment options –Payments can be made by credit cards (Visa/Mastercard only), EFTPOS Card. Medicare claims are sent for processing online. If payment is not made within 48hrs you will be billed and an invoice will be emailed, whereby you will need to manually claim your rebate through Medicare.
• Tyro Medicare Easy claim is available. Medicare patients, when paying your account in full, this allows an instant refund of the Medicare/ government rebate from Medicare to your Cheque or Savings account using our integrated EFTPOS machine. You will need to bring your debit card linked to savings or cheque account to receive the rebate onto your card. Thank you for your continued support to help us provide General Practice services.
